1. General Service Agreement
By booking a service or requesting a quote with Sun of a Shine Cleaning, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a high standard of service for all clients.
2. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request.
- Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition, size, and scope of the space.
- Quotes are subject to change if the condition of the space differs from what was described.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon arrival if necessary.
3. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.
- If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
- Delays in access may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
4. Emergency Cleaning Services
Emergency or same-day services are subject to availability.
- Additional fees apply based on urgency and scheduling.
- Emergency services may require priority pricing adjustments.
- We reserve the right to decline emergency requests based on availability or scope.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change.
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance to secure all services.
- A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking.
- By scheduling a service, you authorize Sun of a Shine Cleaning to charge the payment method on file according to the service type below.
Payment Structure
- Standard Cleaning: Full payment is charged prior to the scheduled service date.
- Deep Cleaning: A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance charged prior to service.
- Emergency Cleaning: Full payment is required immediately at booking. No exceptions.
Important
- Services will not be performed without payment confirmation.
- Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of the appointment.
Authorization Agreement
By booking a service, you confirm that:
- You are the authorized cardholder
- You approve all charges prior to service
- You understand that services are prepaid and non-refundable once completed
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us.
- If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your service.
- We will address concerns and, if necessary, return to correct any missed areas.
8. Safety & Conditions
For the safety of our team:
- We do not handle hazardous materials, biohazards, or unsafe conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
9. Personal Belongings
Clients are encouraged to secure valuables and personal items prior to service.
- Sun of a Shine Cleaning is not responsible for loss or damage of unsecured valuables.
10. Service Limitations
We provide professional cleaning services but do not guarantee:
- Removal of permanent stains
- Mold remediation
- Structural or maintenance repairs
11. Pets
For safety and efficiency:
- Please secure pets during service unless otherwise discussed.
12. Agreement to Terms
