What is a deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning includes detailed attention to areas not covered in a standard clean, such as baseboards, buildup removal, and detailed surface cleaning.

💰 PRICING + PAYMENT

Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes. Payment is required to confirm your booking. Appointments are not reserved until payment is received.

Is the price final?
Estimates are based on the information provided. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition or size of the home differs from the details submitted.

🐾 PETS

 Do I need to mention pets?
Yes. Please inform us if pets are or were present in the home so we can prepare accordingly.

🚪 ACCESS

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You can provide access instructions such as a key, lockbox, or entry code.

⚠️ CONDITION OF HOME

What is Heavy Duty Cleaning?
If your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 3 months or requires extra attention, a Heavy Duty add-on is required to ensure proper time and results.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Do you clean homes larger than 1,749 sq ft?
Yes, but pricing may be adjusted based on the size and condition of the home.
